Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in original condition
• In its original packaging with all tags intact
• Accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalised or custom-engraved products
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
• Items damaged due to improper use or mishandling
• Bulk corporate orders (separate policy applies — see below)
• Opened or used hygiene-sensitive items

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at eskapesupport@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• The product(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return
• Photos of the item (especially if damaged or defective)

Our team will confirm the return eligibility and share the return shipping address within 2 business days.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.)
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect
• Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice
• Payment must be completed at checkout. Orders are only confirmed upon successful payment
• We accept all major cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting eskapesupport@gmail.com. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation.

Limitation of Liability

Eskape Originals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Changes to Terms

Minimum Order Quantity

Bulk orders are accepted for a minimum of 50 units per product. For custom or branded products, minimum quantities may vary. Please contact us for specific product MOQs.

Pricing

Bulk orders are priced separately from retail orders and are subject to volume-based pricing. A detailed quotation will be shared after your enquiry is reviewed. Prices are finalised based on quantity, customisation, and material requirements.

Payment Terms

• A 50% advance is required to confirm bulk orders
• The remaining balance is due before dispatch
• Payment via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/UPI) for corporate orders
• GST invoice will be provided for all business transactions

Lead Time

• Non-branded bulk orders — 7 to 12 business days
• Branded / custom orders — 14 to 21 business days (depending on complexity)
• Rush orders may be accommodated based on availability — additional charges apply

Samples

We offer free samples for bulk orders above 100 units. For smaller quantities, a nominal sample cost applies and is adjusted against the final order. Sample delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

Returns for Bulk Orders

Bulk and corporate orders are non-returnable unless the product has a manufacturing defect. In case of defects, we will arrange a replacement or credit at no charge. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of receipt.
